
Allen in Zürich
A season of weekly classes, open talks, and private work in Seefeld — Allen's first extended teaching residency in Switzerland.
From August to October 2026, Allen teaches in Zürich. From September, an evening rhythm at seven: Wisdom of the Body, Egyptian Yoga, Foundations of Breath, a free Q&A over coffee — plus a Sunday reading circle and selected workshops. Private lessons and bodywork are available by appointment. Classes are taught in English, in small groups, and are open to complete beginners.

The Wednesday Q&A Coffee is free — just come. Monday's Wisdom of the Body group is limited to seven places, so please book ahead. Single classes can be paid on-site by TWINT or cash; the 10-entry pass and private packages by TWINT or bank transfer. Please reserve ahead so Allen and the team know who is coming.

Live online teaching, individual lessons, and the existing video library continue throughout and after the Zürich residency — for now mainly at European (CEST) times.

Getting there
Mazdaznan Centre, Mainaustrasse 53, 8008 Zürich — on the ground floor in Seefeld, around three minutes on foot from Feldeggstrasse tram stop (lines 2 and 4).
What to bring
Comfortable clothing you can move in, flat shoes or barefoot — and please bring a towel. No experience needed — every class is open to beginners. Please arrive ten minutes early.
Paying
Single classes by TWINT or cash on-site, or online where a booking page is linked. The 10-entry pass and private packages by TWINT or bank transfer. The Wednesday Q&A Coffee is free — just come. The Saturday and Sunday Zoom sessions are booked through the online training page.
