Wisdom of the Body
Rediscover what your body already knows.
Join the open Q&A eveningAn exploratory movement practice from the floor to standing.
Allen’s founding question
What is complete physical training?
Wisdom of the Body explores this question through attention, adaptability and movement from the floor to standing. It offers principles to explore, rather than a form to copy.
Classes take place in small groups — no experience is needed.
